At TheNoiro, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partners. This means each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to customers located within the United States.
Orders placed with shipping addresses outside of the United States may be cancelled.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and produced after purchase.
• Average production time: 1–3 business days
• Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
Please note that during periods of high demand, production times may be slightly extended.
SHIPPING METHOD & DELIVERY TIME
We offer standard shipping within the United States.
• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.
Typical rate:
• Standard Shipping: starting from approximately USD 4.75
Additional items in the same order may have reduced shipping costs.

Estimated total delivery time includes:
• Production time (1–3 business days)
• Shipping time (2–5 business days)
Total estimated delivery time: 3–8 business days
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take time to appear depending on the carrier.
SHIPPING DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• Shipping carriers
• Weather conditions
• High seasonal demand
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
• Events beyond our control
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
• We may require additional shipping fees to resend the package
• Refunds may not be issued for failed deliveries
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package is lost in transit:
• Please contact us so we can investigate the issue
• We may offer a replacement or refund if the carrier confirms the package is lost
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported as stolen.
MULTIPLE ITEMS
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on production and fulfillment availability.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
As we currently ship within the United States, additional customs duties or import taxes are generally not applicable.
