At TheNoiro, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. This means each item is produced specifically for you after your purchase is completed.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled within a short period after being placed.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as it is already being processed.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@thenoiro.com.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Preference or dissatisfaction with the design

We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing information, and images carefully before placing an order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

To request a resolution, you must:

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery
• Provide your order number
• Include clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer:

• A replacement product at no additional cost, or
• A full or partial refund

NON-DELIVERY OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe:

• We may require confirmation of your shipping address
• If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we may offer a replacement or refund

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

REFUNDS

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
